Water Filtration Station

In collaboration with our partner, Amulet of Life, we plan to implement a water filtration system to supply around 2,500 people in Pidhirne, a village in the Novomykolaiv Territorial Community of the Zaporizhzhia region, with high-quality drinking water. This area is home to families with children, elderly women, and individuals with disabilities. The community has suffered considerable damage due to Russian military attacks, which destroyed the infrastructure that previously supplied clean water. As a result, residents only have access to contaminated well and surface water.

This is an issue in many areas of Ukraine today.  The long term goal is to provide such installations to all communities in the Region.  (Currently 70% of the Zaporizhzhia region, or 150,000 residents, do not have access to clean drinking water.)
